Very disappointed. The property was not clean upon arrival and had multiple maintenance and safety issues that were not disclosed. This did not meet basic VRBO standards.Dirty carpetsStar foam holding surround sound on TV.It is two story and was not on the listing. I have a daughter with special needs with limited mobility. The toddler baby room had cotton on wall choking hazard.Hinges on doors coming off.My granddaughter almost fell because chair leg was broken. The chairs are so dirty and broken that they need to replace them.The refrigerator won’t shut without having to manually shut it on the double doors because it is broken. The hot water in bathroom is lukewarm.The hot tub was not hot. It was also dirty water. The owner when he came over said it takes a day or so to heat up. It should have been ready it never got hot. A grill no propane. The workout room they advertise has one a little small stair stepper that is one like on Amazon. The hand rail for my handicap daughter going up the stairs had broken LED lights on it that cut hands. The carpet was filthy the owner said because of shoes on and we had been there maybe three hours. We showed him feet dirty as soon as you washed your feet and walked down hall they are black. No towels in bath room. All stuff in a hall way and not matching. Shampoo from past guest.They did send cleaning lady back and refunded the 150.00. We asked for more and nothing. 2 forks for a house of more.

The listing was completely misleading by stating this was a “Charming” home. This was the complete opposite of charming. The yard was overgrown, there was a sketchy male neighbor on the front porch casing the perimeter and we were approached by a man who wanted to “talk” with us. Upon arrival the home had a strange vibe and all the toilet lids were lifted in every restroom. The interior of the home left something to be desired and was more along the lines of an after hours establishment. This property is directly actors from the local strip clubs. Extremely disappointing. Not my definition of charming and quite frankly not a safe environment. I would never recommend anyone stay here EVER! We contacted the host and advised them that we did not feel safe and did not receive any message. Stay at your own risk!

I’m a local !! Remodeling (ugh); as if that’s not headache enough I’m in tow w 3 ladies in training & myself ! So I’m looking of course for class with a hip vibe, functional, plenty of restrooms, mirrors, closet space and square footage to accommodate all of this….can be a challenge. THIS BEAUTIFUL HOMR HAD ALL THE ABOVE & THEN SOME !!!! The host is fantastic. Handles any issues promptly, with warmth, makes you feel you’ve been friends for years not just another check in. The neighbor hood is family oriented and just fun to be apart of…*******ABSOLUTE MUST STAY: YOU WONT WANNA LEAVE********

This is my first Vrbo rental and I couldn’t have asked for a better property or owner to communicate with for this experience. Julia is awesome! I had so many questions because I hadn’t done this before and she was prompt and thorough in her responses to me. She was patient with my questions that I thought of during my stay and leading up to it. Thank you! If you need a place to stay in Odessa, need to be close to Ratliff Stadium, freeways, and different shops but not too close to population, this is the place to stay! The house is perfect!
