Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, three cable TVs, and 3 DVDs. Whirlpool tub. Washer and dryer.
The exterior offers two covered decks. The Boyette pool is a popular feature exclusively for guests of the Boyette Condos. The non-heated Boyette Condo Pool is open from mid-April through mid-October. Outdoor open COLD shower at poolside. Shared charcoal grills are available.

Great place to stay
Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was spacious and well-appointed. We loved the central location to shops, restaurants and lighthouse. It’s not a bad walk to Springer’s Point, which we really liked. A good time was had by all!
