On the first day of checking into the room the toilet was not clean, because their was human hair all over the seat and inside in which I had to clean. AC is only inside of the bed room which blowout was low, ceiling fan was dirty. I had no access toward to reware pouch, due to being locked all two weeks after asking still was not fix. Like that room service when asked clean up for me and access to beach.

Closeness to the beach. Yet, the room was outdated and nasty. Curtains look like blood was on the just disgusted with my room

I booked this hotel because of its location. It was walking distance to the beach and also to a restaurant. We were traveling with a child and accessibility mattered to us. When I reached the front desk, having off loaded all my luggage and sleeping son, they announced that despite my booking from a month ago, they were overbooked and that I would be residing in Sky Castle, not Fisherman’s Point. And Sky Castle is not next door. It is up on a steep hill, not walkable with a child and nowhere close to the beach! After repeatedly asking to check again about an open room, they simply refused. After I hurriedly stopped the van we had come in, uploaded my luggage again and my sleeping son back in, we drove to Sky Castle. While the apartment was nice, it was impossible to get a signal to call out for a taxi unless you got lucky. And the apt did not have a phone service either. The WiFi did not work there. During our 2.5 days stay, they kept promising that someone will work on it, but it never got fixed. The only concession they made was allow us taxi service for free to and from the place. On the last day, there was no signal to call the taxi. So we could have easily missed the bus as well. What kind of an unprofessional hotel overbooks? Do I need to do to ensure I get the room that I already paid for??? What is the point of booking online if it’s a lottery on where you actually get to stay? This is the worst hotel I have seen. And with a child, it is unforgivable.

The apartment in general was ok....However, it needs a little updating. The major downside was that Wifi could only be accessed in the lobby area.

Furniture needed to be updated the fishermans point I been staying over 30 years when I go to Jamaica with my children when they were small is total different Need a lots of improvement I was very uncomfortable with my roo

Very out dated, requested a certain room 6 months in advance and they filled it the day before we arrived, power went out in the room, burned fuse box, it took them all day to fix. They would not give any credit or compensation for their errors and issues...dont book here!!!

Quite outdated...need new furnishing etc. U can see garbage from outside ur balcony on the property...

My family have an awesome trip planning to return soon the staffs was very friendly and help to make their stay very comfortable.

The location is excellent. The room was ok. The AC just cooled the main bedroom.

This hotel is very run down. The room was dusty, no hot water, poorly working television, rusty tub. Would not recommend.

I enjoyed my stay here. It's in a good location to experience everything fro night life to shopping to entertainment and privacy. However the website needs to be updated because they only have a small number of rooms with King or Queen sized beds and wifi is only available in the lobby of the office and not the rooms. So my expectations were more than what I actually received.

the hotel needs moderinization. the furniture was old the matterss was worn, there was no phone in the room. the lay out of the amenities listed did not exist. i did not enjoy my stay. I had to borrow an iron and iron board from house keeping, oly to be told that its a round robin with the iron they only have a few to go around

However all our apartments only have the air Condition in the bedroom. as it relates to the pouch and the other concerns we will address this matter directly.
