This is our pros and cons honest review as a group of girlfriends for the long weekend:Pros: great kitchen nicely stocked, nice sized dining table, all bedrooms and living room have TV’s and ceiling fans, private/secure parking, walking distance to many restaurants and shops, 3 full baths, comfortable beds, close to beach and pier. Cons: no a/c and VERY noisy with the windows and doors open because the unit faces the very busy train station, cheap/thin bath towels and not enough of them, four flights of stairs, no ice maker in frig, need window coverings to fit, ‘ocean view’ deck is a stretch and not completely clean (a leftover cigarette) near the sofa. Completely not accessible for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs!

Our host was always quick to reply whenever we had a question. The amenities were delightful. We are so glad we chose this place. It was an easy walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the rooftop patio. The kitchen was well-planned. Even though we are all in our 70s, we didn't have difficulty as the steps had very durable railings to make the climb safe. Parking was easy in the spacious garage. Thank you for a great experience!
Huge refrigerator and nice bar-counter to set food on.
Big sink, nice dishwasher, and a nice gas stove with a great view out the window.

We had an amazing time in Oceanside. The house is in a great walking location to the Ocean, pier and so many restaurants.The house is a new and has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. It is nicely decorated It was great to have are dogs vacation with us. Great experience and host! I highly recommend. We will definitely come back again.

Location, Location, Location. Great rooftop. Views are a bit obstructed. Our only complaint was that the pillows were very uncomfortable and too firm along with the beds being too soft. The lighting in the condo is nice, having dimmers would be a great feature because the lighting is very bright! Kitchen was great, plenty of cooking options and fully equipped. The walking ability was just what we wanted. My son was 3 and loved the train, which you could hear throughout the day/night. Overall good condo with the location being great.

Home is just as described, beautiful decor, newer construction and met all the needs of our family for a long Labor Day Birthday weekend. The kitchen was equipped with quality dishes, well organized and new household items. Each bathroom included soap, shampoo and conditioner. We enjoyed the layout of the house and the rooftop deck. It’s is a vertical house, so you must be okay with stairs. My mom has a harder time with stairs but managed this property well. Great location for restaurants, night life and of course the beach. The common area outdoor shower at the floor level was a nice surprise…the water was even warm! The train running behind the house is noticeable at first, but was not a noise problem at all. We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you to the host for an easy booking, sharing your beautiful home and your prompt responses.

Well equipped condo in a fabulous location. You’re just a block away from the beach. Great selection of restaurants in the area as well. Beds were super cozy and the rooftop was the perfect spot for morning coffee. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Easy access to the beach, loved dinners on the roof, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Only bummer was the grill was charcoal not propane! Overall a beautiful home andbin a great location!

Oceanside family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Oceanside. The location was amazing. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants and just a 10 minute drive to Legoland for the grandchildren. My grandson’s loved visiting a reptile shop got to hold some creatures. I definitely got my 10,000 steps in. The train is right behind the house but you get used to the noise. The host answered questions right away. Thanks for a comfortable stay in Oceanside.

Loved the location to restaurants and the beach. We walked to everything while there. Super easy check in and check out. Place is super clean and even had some beach toys and wagon for our use (Thank you!). We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, nice building. Walking to the beach is great. Not much of a view from the unit, but that’s ok. Parking for two cars is very nice as street parking can be hard to find. Beds and furnishings were nice. The floors were VERY dirty, probably vacuumed but not actually cleaned resulting in dirty socks. The kitchen facet was falling off and needed to be tightened (not possible the cleaner missed that before check in). The foosball table in the pictures is no longer in the unit which was disappointing.

Great Oceanside Escape

Terrific home for sisters getaway with plenty of space to hang out or have alone time. The home is well appointed so you just need to bring yourselves and some food. The roof top deck was amazing with great views and plenty of fresh air. The location was perfect as we could walk to everything - not only the beach but great bars and restaurants. The only downside was the noise from the train station behind the property. We did get used to it after a day so it was no longer a bother. I would rent this property again.

Weekend Getaway

Thank You so much for an amazing stay! We came in from Colorado for a wedding and had an amazing stay. 1 block from the ocean we went for runs on the beach, walked to restaurants, and drivable to all the attractions. One caveat that I’d point out is if you are a light sleeper beware the house backs right up to the train stations. Trains started early morning and go until about 11 ish no bother to us but pur light sleeper suffered a bit. Overall amazing stay we will be back!

Perfect Stay

Family met our Grandson, who is stationed in California, for the weekend. The condo was perfect in every way. We would definitely stay again. Walking distance to beach and downtown shopping and dining. Perfect Stay!
