"The property has been recently renovated and the updates are lovely. Everything is as pictured in the photos. There is a lounge and a restaurant on site, but we were just passing through so we didn't get to try them this time. The gift shop and lobby area are adorable. They welcome pets with a pet fee, which is great for us since we always bring our toy poodle along. The bed was a supportive and comfortable memory foam mattress. Everything was clean and the room was super cute. The AC was cold, it was a little loud but we sleep with earplugs anyway so it didn't bother us. The staff we encountered were all wonderful during our stay. We loved the grounds and the quiet setting of the resort. We have stayed at several places in the area, some have been hit-or-miss but this one was definitely a hit with us. We look forward to coming back for our next stop between Texas and Florida. "

"It was a great property to stay at. My only concern was that the breakfast time for the weekends was different on the key card pamphlet than actually at the hotel. So I missed included breakfast on the first Saturday I was there."
