Just a short 200-yard walk to the beach, this second-floor retreat features distant ocean views from the front and beautiful marsh and Intracoastal Waterway views from the back deck, where you can unwind with breathtaking sunsets each evening. The community pool is also just steps away.

For those who love the outdoors, bring your paddleboards, kayaks, or fishing gear and enjoy easy access to the community dock for your favorite coastal adventures.

Very easy to set up this rental. Beautiful location- with excellent access to beach. Lovely balcony with view. This unit could have been cleaner- furniture was dusty, upstairs shower liner rather filthy, and a couple of dead roaches on floor upstairs. Well appointed kitchen, though. Do not expect any toiletries beyond small wrapped soap. For a unit this close to the beach- it’s a good value.

Second level so lots of stairs, just a heads up for someone who might miss that part. Nice location to the boardwalk, and plenty of parking near your condo. I only rated down due to the cleanliness of the condo at the time we went. (Floors, dishes/silverware, etc) I have already told the owner. It says it can sleep 8 but there were not enough towels for 8 or bowls/plates. No big deal on that but heads up to bring more or disposable for yourselves.
