Private HEATED Pool for a few of the off season months(April-May and Sep-Oct), well furnished, equipped with WIFI, ceiling fans, covered porch, outside shower, and plenty of porch setting to enjoy the ocean views. Open galley kitchen equipped with cooking utensils. Amenities include but are not limited to dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and Spectrum Internet TV 5 rooms. Sunday to Sunday rentals for this summer season (Jun-Aug). EV charging

ACCOMMODATES 14. Primary suite: (1) King, Bedrooms and (1) twin, #2 (1) Double and a set of Bunk Beds, Bedroom #3: (1) Queen, Bedroom #4: (1) double, Bedroom#5: (1) Queen.
