This is a decent property if you're booking for a group, but we did have some concerns about the stay. The sleeping, bathroom and kitchen are well equipped. We also appreciated the size of the living area and deck for our group. The disappointments with this property overall:1)Communication - This stay was booked through VRBO, however the host was really another company who basically refused to communicate through VRBO. They wanted payment to be out of the platform (even though VRBO advised against this), they emailed outside of the platform, and were non responsive to my messages in the platform or had a very delayed response. For me this was all about expectations, if I book through VRBO I expect communication and payment to happen through VRBO. I don't think the host's communication outside of the platform was acceptable. I called VRBO about my concerns and they said I should not communicate with the host outside the platform, but that proved impossible since I could not get a timely response.2)Safety - There are some real safety concerns with the deck. The deck posts are not secure and kept popping out. If you have small children, this is very nerve wracking because they are not safe and could fall through the posts. This needs to be addressed. 3)Cleanliness - The property was decently clean overall but the floors were so dirty, all of us had black feet after walking around the floors. We also had some concerns about the bedding cleanliness.
