Had an awesome week staying at summer beach 107 with my family!
Perfect location with beach access.
Our condo was well equipped with things we did not expect (beach tent/chairs/boogy boards)
Communication between the owners was prompt with our arrival.
No issues or complaints, but look forward to coming back!

Myself and 4 other family members stayed at the condo the week of 8/4/24. Beautiful condo. Fantastic location. Very clean and roomy enough for all of us (5 adults) to be comfortable. The views were amazing from the balcony and we loved that the beach was just steps away. So convenient.
The host was extremely responsive to a few of our questions/concerns. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Great Rental
The unit was clean and stocked with all the essentials from cleaning and cooking supplies, extra toiletries, and more. The checkin and checkout process were easy and smooth. The host is very thoughtful and has great attention to detail. Extra bonuses included beach chairs and umbrella at the house, free parking, and access to the pool. The location is amazing and I highly recommend!
