The Capri offers unrivaled amenities including an Olympic sized indoor pool, large game room with indoor basketball hoop, tennis courts, bike room, fitness room, saunas and a library. The location is great, as you are only a short drive to the Ocean City Boardwalk, but within walking distance of restaurants and shopping at the Gold Coast Mall and Food Lion Shopping Center. Accommodating up to six guests, the primary suite features a king bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed, and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa. The owner provides access to the unit's beach storage locker, eliminating the need to lug beach equipment to and from the condo.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property, with delivery to the condo on your day of arrival and pick-up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is washer and dryer provided in the condo for your convenience. Property rents Saturday-Saturday all season.
The Capri charges a non-refundable CASH ONLY Registration fee of $75 which includes parking for one vehicle. Parking for additional vehicles if spaces are available is $55.00 per car for the week or $10.00 daily.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
