Wasted hours trying to get our entry code since it was never texted as requested . One king bed broken and extremely uncomfortable to sleep at a slant,one tiny closet all that is available. Towels provided all smelled disgustingly like cigarette smoke. the place looked great and loved the welcome sign upon entry

Great location and responsiveness by owner

Overall, we had a great time and appreciated the ease of checking in and your responsiveness as the owner. The location was excellent, and the beautiful beach was just a short distance away. We found the kitchen well-equipped with a good amount of tools, utensils, pots, and pans. However, a couple of cabinets and closet doors were falling off their hinges and not secure, the top of the coffee table is detached from the bottom and when we went to move it to pull out the sofa bed it fell on my sons foot, the front door screen cover needed some maintenance, a shelf on one of the bottom bunks was unstable, and the toilet paper holder in the hallway bathroom was loose. Additionally, we found the unit to be not as clean as expected, with crumbs in cabinets, a cookie behind the garbage can, an old coffee filter still in the coffee pot, sand on the floors (which we had to sweep upon arrival), and the shower floor needed some cleaning.

Great communication from host! Very clean property!!

Clean!!! Good view of the beach. The condo was exactly what was shown in the listing pictures. Auntie and uncle stayed in the fun bunk bed room with the kids- the kids and adults loved it! Enjoyed the pickleball courts, volleyball, and indoor/outdoor pools. And it’s beachfront- what more can you ask for. 10/10 would stay here again.

Fabulous vacation

This very cozy property was very well maintained, literally squeaky clean! Building and location are wonderful and we have come to really enjoy all the amenities this building offers both in and around. This is our second time staying in this building and with this owner and we've been over the moon both times. Looking forward to next year's trip!

Excellent for my girls' weekend!

This property was PERFECT for my girls' weekend. The owners were great communicators, the condo was clean, and the renovations looked beautiful. Great view of the ocean. We went during off-season so we did not have neighbors and nobody bothered us! HIGHLY recommend this location for your next beach trip!

Fun family vacation

Check in was a breeze. Condo was clean and the view was amazing. The condo itself sits at the end of the building closer to the road but this didnt dampen the view at all. It was higher then expected 18th floor which made me a little nervous with two kids 7&10 but wasnt an issue as the railings are tall. Elevator was quick and never had issues. There were some small cosmic issues that could be fixed but nothing that effected our trip. Communication with the owner was great! They were fast to answer any questions or conserns. We would definitely rent again from this group but probably a lower floor because i didnt realized how high 18 floors are haha. 5 stars.

Pleasurable in every way!

A most enjoyable experience! It was very comfortable, clean, and convenient. It fit 4 adults and 3 children very well! There was a place for everyone. We loved how updated it was! So many items available in the kitchen area as well! The owners were extremely accommodating and helpful! It Truly was a pleasure in every way!

Family vacation

We were pleased with the property. The seating was a little tight in the living room/kitchen for everyone, but we made it work. There are beach chairs, boards, canopy, and umbrellas there. We didn’t realize that, which would’ve saved us a little lugging. Overall pleased with everything.

Beautiful view from a well kept and accessory supported. Condominium. Being on the 18th floor was a special treat, allowing us to see beautiful Brown Pelicans flying beneath. They're colorful wingspan viewed from above was dazzling.

Great Condo

We loved this place! The views were spectacular! It was very clean and the beds comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Only one suggestion: written instructions for TV. Didn’t know how to select channels, etc. I did figure it out, but some instructions would definitely help.

Stunning views

We really enjoyed our visit to Sea Watch Condo. This space has a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is close and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend. The kids had a blast in the heated indoor pool.
