I don't know who let the Indian woman work at the front desk but she had to be the most unpleasant human being that ever lived. All I can figure is that one of her relatives owns the establishment. She was totally unprofessional at check-in when it was totally unnecessary to do so. Looked super annoyed when I asked any questions like I was an idiot. I will never stay here again because of her. Now mind you I waited an entire month before I wrote this review to make sure I wasn't just being dramatic. While the other amenities were sufficient, I simply cannot give this place more then 1 star due to the incident above. They need to let this person go. My only regret is that I didn't catch her name.

A good amount of space with a fridge and microwave. Badly needs new carpet and updating. Felt dirty but location was good.

Hotel staff fast friendly took care of all our needs. Room was very clean and had all the things you could need for a great vacation right down to dishes and silverware. Totally enjoyed our stay.

I loved the hotel. It was really clean. And nice inside.

Hotel was a good price for an ocean front property. Arrived at noon and was able to get early check in, which was nice. Room was fine but a little outdated. Unit had a kitchenette and safe. The bathroom could use an update. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. My wife and I had a nice overnight stay. Thanks.

I love this place its the only place I stay at when I go to OC great stuff and rooms are exactly what I need. :) love that it has a kitchen. :)

We stayed one night and it was great. I was disappointed to find out their exercise room was closed during our stay and there was no mention of that on the website. I was down for a 5K race and would have liked to have worked out prior to the race. Other than that a great place to stay.

The hotel was OK. It has a nice pool and atrium. The kitchen was a nice feature as well. The balcony provided excellent views of the ocean.

We were there during Cruise in weekend. The weather cooperated nicely. The view was one of the best I have ever had.

The hotel was nice..the rooms were nice ...little disappointed in the security detail.....it was definitely a younger crowd weekend.. Not knocking that... Just when security was necessary patrons on our floor had to handle things for a slightly intoxicated young man.. My fiance had to come get me as the young man wouldn't allow me to pass him on deck.. Asked for late check out was given an extra hour ...never heard of such a thing

This is a place that I have stayed at atleast once a year since 2006. Everything from the staff to the location of the hotel make it one of our favorites. A special shout out to Kevin, Kate, Scott and Dan! Always look forward to seeing you all!

The inn is old, dated, windows are dirty, glass doors were filthy, maintenance staff were uncaring bags of dirty towels were thrown over the balconies from upper floors to the ground. The inn is very dirty. I will never stay there again.

The hotel was pretty good. We had an ocean view room. I don't know if I would have enjoyed the other views (atrium or city view). The kitchenette in the larger rooms is a great plus if you're staying for awhile. The beach is great. The hotel was family friendly -- good place for kids. It is on the beach and everything gets damp so I imagine it is a challenge to fight off the effects of humidity. One of the biggest pluses in our room was the curtain that stretched between the couch area and the bedroom area. We were traveling with our toddler and this allowed us to put her in her crib and have a bit more freedom once she was asleep because she couldn't see us (i.e., I was not as concerned about turning over in bed as I usually am when traveling with her).

I really wanted oceanfront but couldn't get it. I was under the impression all where oceanfront. Didn't specify I had to request oceanfront, came to the beach with that beings goal to sit on my balcony watch the waves and relax. Disappointed.

The hotel was very old, and the bathrooms needed updated badly. The outdoor pool, atrium animals and beachfront location were nice. The location was ideal with hotspots with in walking distance.

Loved the cafe in the hotel, made grabbing a quick bite very convenient plus the drinks were great and bartenders extremely nice. Exotic birds were a cool extra fun to talk to as you walked to the pool and hot tub. Hotel was in great location. Close to beach and good restaurants on the bayside. Would def stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I wi be staying there again!

enjoy the hotel the staff I met were very nice and friendly I will be staying again Thank you staff.

Nice location, fair pricing. bus transportation Right outside the hotel . Hotel location on the beach front

Great place - most comfortable bed I've had yet at a hotel - right on beach . . . excellent indoor pool . . . for October.
