What a View! from this Spacious Direct Ocean Front Condo located in High Point North. This well maintained, beautifully decorated 2- Bedrooms, 2- Baths with a large private ocean front balcony will accommodate your family of 10 comfortably. Many new upgrades in 2020. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped modernized kitchen with stainless steel appliances. 1st Bedroom features 1-king & 1-Queen Bunk Bed. 2nd Bedroom features 1-Queen & 1-Bunk Bed, Living Room has 1- Queen Sleep Sofa & the Den/Enclosed porch has 1-Double futon. Also included in condo for your convenience is a washer, dryer & dishwasher. Enjoy your vacation swimming in the outdoor pool and the ocean. $50 non- refundable Building Registration Fee per vehicle due upon arrival at High Point North. Property rents Saturday-Saturday.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Building is entirely non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.

Great central location with shopping and restaurant options galore. Beautiful ocean and bay views. Reservation process was seamless. The only negative was cleanliness of unit.

Cleanliness

The condo was nice but several cleanliness issues were found. The bathrooms weren’t clean. The toilets hadn’t been cleaned behind the seat/in front of the tank or on the floor behind the toilet. A rug in the one bathroom was wet and moldy smelling which made the bathroom smell horrible. We threw the rug out and the bathroom smell cleared up. We found hairs in the shower and on the showers edges. We did clean the bathrooms ourselves rather than having to call someone to clean. This literally took us only 10-15 minutes so it wouldn’t take any time at all for your cleaners to do it consistently. Underneath all of the furniture had not been cleaned in awhile. It was dusty and sandy. All of the rugs in the condo were either not swept or hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. For the price I paid for the condo we would have expected a much better cleaning. You might want to re-evaluate the cleaning crew for this condo.
