Beach days and boardwalk nights start here! This newly remodeled 1st-floor condo is the perfect home base for your getaway. With two comfy queen beds and a pull-out couch, it sleeps up to 6 and has everything you need to relax.

Pack light and leave the rest to us! Our new linen package is included per stay and includes 2 sets of comforters & sheets, 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths.

Enjoy the pool just steps away, free parking, and a location that puts you close to all the action—a few minutes to the beach, restaurants, parks, the boardwalk, and the ocean.

You’ll have WiFi for those must-have connections, plus a park just half a block away with basketball, pickleball, a skate park, and a playground. We also provide complimentary pickleball paddles, balls, and a basketball so you’re ready to play.

And best of all—the beach is only a short 3-block stroll.

Kick back, relax, and enjoy!

Full kitchen for meals and snacks. In addition to the beach being just steps away, the boardwalk starts at 27th st and takes you 3 miles along the coastline to the inlet. You can enjoy the view of the homes along the water or stop and do some shopping, play games, head to the rides, or eat at one of the many shops on the boardwalk.

Head down to the harbor and board a Pirate ship. See the bay and horses on Assateague Island (kids love it!). Day fishing is great on one of the many boats at the harbor.

Guests have access to the Parrot Bay community pool across the street from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Both TVs in the unit are equipped with Roku streaming devices allowing you to safely sign in to your own streaming accounts. Please logout when you leave. Free WiFi is available.

Parking is available on premises, in the lot across the street from Harbor Breeze or street parking.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.
