Nuestro lugar en la playa 206I A tu familia le encantará este retiro junto a la bahía. Este condominio en Our Place at the Beach tiene todo lo necesario para unas relajantes vacaciones en la playa. Este condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños está amueblado con gusto y es espacioso, a solo unas pocas cuadras de la playa. También tiene un porche de pantalla donde podrá relajarse y disfrutar de la tranquila zona arbolada que domina la propiedad. Family Beach trip

The condo was amazing clean safe and fun ! My family loved the location too ! Great place to stay! Would have liked the pool to be opened a bit later but over all great location great vacation for my family and I will book there again !

Great, quiet location. Very nice pool! Not far from beach and a short drive to boardwalk. Close restaurants we ate at were all great too!

Location is great. Clean. Negative is that you have to drive blocks past the house to get a key. Even if you choose to not get a key you still have to go there to check in and get parking passes. Keyless entry would be better

Great place at OCMD!

Check-in process was very smooth after we got into town. The condo itself is much larger than it appears on the photos, so that was a bonus! Plenty of space and screened off balcony was a beautiful sight, no bugs!

Very pleased with how clean the unit was. Great locations. Checking in/out process was the easiest. Pool, location to the beach and fishing made the trip even better. Plan on returning.

Family trip

Everything was great. Good location walking distance to beach. There were 5 of us, with plenty of room. Pool closed a little too early(7pm) but other than that would definitely stay here again.

Time at the Beach

The property was very nice The furniture was nice the only thing I would like to have was better water pressure when taking a shower. Would I stay at this place again.

It was nice but having to go way past the condo to get keys and parking passes was an inconvenience. They have a keyless entry so the parking passes could be left in the condo

Perfect location

Wow, perfect location. Short walk to the beach, wonderful pool. Great size for a small family. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. Seems that everything needed a good wash. The floors, the area rug, bed skirt, couch, just basically everything seemed to be lacking. The price point was right, but would pay more for a bit more updating. The location is unbeatable!!

Great Stay!

This was our first time using a vrbo rental - and we were all very pleasantly surprised! Wonderful space, so cute & beachy decor & very CLEAN. A bad thunder/lightning storm knocked out our wifi the 1st nite, but management fixed it quickly the next day. We did get the linen package-so there was enough towels for all. Also had a nice new washer/dryer which we used & that made things that much nicer. Really wonderful communication with management, and we had a great time!! Highly recommend :)

Great 1st time

Overall very happy with the property. Great size for my family of 5. Great location...close to groceries and food and beach. We were happy with the pool didnt spend a ton of time there as there was alot to do. If i could recommend ONE thing it would be to at least have a roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms to start and a roll of paper towels. It was a long trip and to have to run in to use the bathroom and realize there is no TP was a little tricky. Otherwise happy guests here.

Needs a new cleaning crew

I was really surprised by how dirty the condo was considering all of the reviews saying how clean it was. I can do with outdated decors as long as it’s clean. Within an hour of walking around the unit our feet were black, and that is not an exaggeration. I would have cleaned it myself, but the only thing I could find was big bed killer.!?!

Some Issues

The condo was comfortable once we got in. The key code did not work, nor did the actual key (after waiting 40+ minutes for someone to assist us in getting in after office hours - and noteably unhappy about being on-call). Large TV in living room did not work, and had a very small (13"?) Tv connected to the cable sitting behind the large tv, which worked but did not have clear sound when turned up for everyone to hear. The living room ceiling fan/light stopped working completely late Saturday night. There were 2 other issues, along with the above that were reported while we were there. Someone came out to look at the concerns on Saturday, not with positive results. No follow-up or note left from repair person advising why issue couldnt be rectified.

Very nice condo although no dish soap no basic toiletries no towels plenty of board games place didn't even have trash bags I've stayed in plenty of condos when traveling this was the first that had nothing at all in it kind of disappointing but still a nice place

Our place at the beach

This condo was perfect for our long weekend beach trip! The location was very quiet even though it’s close to the major roadways, just a short walk to the beach, and the pool at the condo was perfect. We loved the screened in porch and all the amenities offered at this condo. We would definitely stay again!

nice stay

our first time with a rental like this. enjoyed our stay. Thought it was a little closer to the beach but that could be my fault for misreading the description. could use a little updating but nice and safe. Loved the patio

We loved this property! It was a little dated but over all clean and spacious! Would definitely book here again! Easy, quick walk to both the pool and beach!

We were only visiting the area for 24 hours (2 nights) of day time . The point was to use the pool that is so nicely advertised. They would not let us in due to "owners only" party that would last all day. After calling the MGT company , they did make a phone call to the owner and we were told it was 2 to 4 pm only and they were wrong it was all day and we were not allowed in. We should have been notified this in advance so we could have made other plans. Very disappointed that this was not communicated to us. It sort of ruined the whole short trip.
