I rented the place for a small getaway. It was spacious enough to fit my whole family. The balcony outlooking the beach was incredible to wake up to. The location was also within a few mile radius from restaurants and grocery stores which made it easy. It came with a full functioning kitchen, and lots of seating arrangements. The host was responsive and lovely as well. Will definitely book again.

This location was amazing.... right on the boards & beach and so close to shopping and restaurants, live music too! Perfect. The place was so big and bright and with a spectacular view from the balcony, small balcony...but still awesome. My only complaint is the master shower, while nice and big, was not cleaned very well. However, we all would happily return. Great vacation!!

The house was very beautiful and huge. Needs lot of plumbing work. Lack of sheets and towels for large group. Master bathroom rugs are very dirty - vacuum cleaner don’t work. We purchased one to clean the house.If the house is renovated a little we don’t mind coming back to the house. Location is fantastic and balcony view is perfect.

Very good location, condo was comfortable and spacious for a large gruop. Bed mattresses in some of the bedrooms were lumply and the couches sagged a bit. Kitchen was well set up, could have used an icemaker. Showers heads dripped oe leaked in some bathrooms. Overall a really nice place

Great location, mediocre cleaning and comfort

My family of 14, which included children as young as one, my 3 adult siblings and then our elderly parents rented this property for a long weekend at the beginning of the season. We were very happy with the location, but upon entering the property could tell that it was not the best maintained. There was a strong smell of weed in the hallway (common area) and ash stains all over the kitchen counter that came off with elbow grease, showing me the cleaners did the minimum. There were dozens of flies all over and although we went out and bought flyswatters, we killed 20 to 30 a day and we’re still having them land on our faces while we slept. The dishwasher smelled like maybe an animal had crawled in there and died. The bedding was clean, which we were grateful for And the kitchen was well stocked. There was no broom in the property, so the sandy floors were very hard to keep up with especially because there was no outdoor shower, except the one on the boardwalk a little ways down, to use. Some of the dishes were still dirty and put away the cabinet and I found a beetle in my coffee mug one morning. Generally, I would say if you are willing to rough it a bit to get access to the location. This was a good deal for the price we paid at the beginning of the season. I just wish it didn’t feel like we were opening up the property for the first time and basically the ones to have to clean it to get ready for the next guests
