Guest info & guidelines
* Entire unit will be accessed via a key code on a smart lock. Guests are assigned an access code that activates at check in and deactivates at check out.
* No groups under 25 y/o per HOA requirements
* Linens & Towels included (Beds made with sheets, pillowcases, comforters)
* Bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per registered guest
* Beach towels: BYOBT (Bring your own beach towel) Beach towels are not included so be sure to pack your favorite. We're hoping to offer them in the future.
* Smart TV: BYOL (Bring your own login)
* Laundry: There is a coin operated community laundry space (open March - November)
* Parking: From May 15–Oct 15, on-site parking requires a $50/week or $20/day fee per car. Parking lot is free outside these dates. Pricing and dates are set by building management and may change at their discretion.
Free street parking is also available on 112th street (first come, first serve) and can be used instead of the parking lot.
* Trash: Guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash down the trash chute which can be found along the outdoor walkway of each floor.

* Family-friendly, quiet area
* Pets allowed for owners only, not for guests per HOA guidelines. You could see or hear pets during your stay. While staying here I have seen plenty of pets but have yet to hear one.

On July 17 our HOA noted that two guests who stayed at High Point South (HPS) were diagnosed with legionellosis which is a type of pneumonia caused by bacteria in water. It is unclear whether they contracted it during their stay in Ocean City but as a precaution the Worcester County Health Department has conducted water testing at the building. No guests staying at HPS since that original diagnosis nor no one staying at this property has been affected.
