Sea Terrace 1204 is and oceanfront property available for rent in midtown Ocean City. Centrally located on 88th street, this building is within walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. This twelfth floor unit has easy access to the beach with 3 elevators. The large balcony overlooks the pool and deck below and offers great views of the ocean straight out and South down the beach with also a bay view from the large balcony. The spacious, open floor plan offers plenty of room for indoor relaxing and spending time with family and friends. The condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps 9 people. There is a queen and a single bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and a double bed in the second bedroom and in the front living room a daybed. Both bathrooms and the kitchen have been renovated and both bathrooms have hand bars if needed.

Location great! Cleanliness okay!

The condo has a great view and location was perfect. Dolphins from the balcony every morning was a plus. Quiet and away from the noise of the boardwalk. Easy check in/out process. Floors and bathrooms (floor boards) need to be cleaner, as well as fans were pretty dusty. Had to go out and buy new pillows as the ones provided were dirty. Mattress pads need replacing. Overall good place, just minor details need attention.
