Perfect location and size for our family of 5. Unit was very well maintained and had a great view of the ocean. Using the linen service made packing easier. Parking garage was handy (but a little pricey if you had 2 vehicles). The amenities offered at Sea Watch added to our enjoyment. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. This condo is cozy, clean and right on the beach with amazing views of the ocean. The condo has everything you will need for the family- a coffee machine, board games, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, washer/dryer, indoor/outdoor pool, game room, sauna, etc.. parking in the garage is extra . There is a small mall right across the street. This location is close to many restaurants and about a 15 min drive to the boardwalk. The only complaint I have is the King bed is very hard. Also, there was one day where the water was shut off until 9:30am.

The view was gorgeous, the location was great, and the kids loved the playground and beach showers. I could have spent all week on the balcony. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again. The master bed was extremely firm, and we ended up having our kids sleep in the master so we could get a decent night’s sleep. We also experienced A/C issues that required two maintenance visits during our stay. The condo felt smaller than the photos, and elevator maintenance made getting in and out with beach gear from the 9th floor challenging.

Wonderful vacation spot!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The place was clean and plenty of room for a family of 5. The highlight was the view from the deck- gorgeous! The amenities were nice, as well (pool, game room, etc.). I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Good communication, the condo is beautiful and we had everything we needed. The lock is a little wonky and takes a few tries sometimes. We were there during a very cold spell and there were parts of the condo that were a little chilly. Overall a great stay in a great location! We would stay there again!

Last week of the year visit

The place was very nice and cozy. It had very comfortable beds. The indoor pool was nice for our winter stay. Views of the beach and ocean were amazing. The location was great because we also like to go to other beach towns like Bethany, Rehoboth and Assateague.

The photos of the property online were percise! Beach view was excellent, convenient location to stores, eateries and entertainment. The Seawatch property was lovely. Clean and well maintained. 2 draw backs and not major at all but instructions for tv use would have been helpful and the master bedroom king size bed was a bit firm but still offered a good nights rest! I would stay at this property over and over again! Well done David! Thank you so much for offering a great experience for our yearly girls week vacation!

The unit could have been much cleaner. The area rug in the family room was very dirty. Our toddlers got black feet from it. The rug needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. All doors were sticky. This was the least appointed vrbo I have been to ever. No matching glassware for cocktails. No shampoo or conditioner. No linens. The location and view were good. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness.

Excellent spot for a quick (or longer) get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thought our experience from renting, checking in, to communicating with the renter was fantastic. We booked super last minute, had some questions and folks from Benchmark were on top of it with responses. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, clean and very nice size for 2 families, a total of 6 people. We thought the laundry service was great too! The only thing we griped about as a group was the lock pad on the door. It could’ve been user error, as our kids could handle it better but it always took more than a handful of tries to open and then lock the door. Other than that, ZERO complaints, we will be rebooking here in the future!!!
