We loved this place. Its location on the beach is its best feature. It’s also located close to lots of nice places in OC. We are a family of 11 with 3 married kids and 3 grandchildren. The large house provided nice space for everyone. We loved the decks on every level.

Condo

This condo/beach house was older but updated and gave the feeling of a true beach house. The location was great along with all of the decks and the beach access and the privacy of each floor with different families.

Family Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend

Property is in good location. We disappointed with kaotic order of kitchen and poor condition of cook ware. Carpeting is stained and needs to be replaced.

Excellent location. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The glass on the living room sliding door was dislodged from the frame prior to arrival and was very dangerous. Living room furniture felt outdated. Kitchen cabinets also were older. Many baseboard heaters weren’t functioning. Ground floor beach access was blocked with some debris

The place itself was really nice and spacious but the furniture was not well kept. One of the chairs broke as soon as one of my friends sat down and one of the stools almost did the same. I did not think the staff was as apologetic as they should’ve been when we called

Nice Place with Potential to be Great

We loved the location, porches, and balconies! Our mixed aged family group had a fabulous time. Great front deck furniture. Some needs: very few places to put bath towels inside. House needs hooks, racks etc. all over the place. The kitchen area needs to be cleaned out of many extraneous items, and clear spaces for the rest identified. There were no wine glasses or a wine opener. Bed pillows were uncomfortable and some mattresses need to be updated as time and money allow. Rack in refrigerator door was just a piece of duct tape.

The Location/ocean front were excellent with Great views of the ocean and view gets better with each of the upper balconies. This rental accommodated our family of 12 perfectly. We could have fit 2 more people with ease. We had one small issue with dirty towels that were accidentally left on top of the dryer in a bag, but the rental company came to remove them within an hour of calling. The shower curtain in the top floor bathroom needs to be changed, it had a black substance along the bottom of the shower curtain liner. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and our stay here was great. I would rent it again
