Quiet and peaceful

The layout, cleanliness, location and overall feel of the property was really nice. Kitchen is stocked with all your needs and up to date and clean. The bayside view was fabulous. We enjoyed breakfast on the screened in side. Sunsets and watching wildlife on the open side of the balcony. Only issues we found were the bedrooms were a bit bright with the lights on the walkway area but well lit and made it very safe feeling. We just hair tied a beach towel across the windows at night. Also the carpets could you a good steam cleaning. I feel this could be normal for the end of the season. Overall, a great property with beautiful sunset, cozy and bright decor along with a great location. We would stay here again.

Great vacation!

The location at 85th St is perfect! It's located on bay with a private pier for boating, kayaking, crabbing, and fishing but only a 2 block walk to the beach and you cross at a traffic light and a crosswalk! Great covered parking as well as 2 elevators for hauling luggage. On Tuesday nights through Labor Day, The Ropewalk restaurant (one street down) has fireworks which you can view from the front balcony, the roof top pool, and parking lot! We had the most beautiful view of the sunset over the bay from our private balcony ever evening! This condo complex is surrounded with a ton of restaurants and family fun activities And it's conveniently located right behind an Exxon station and Wine Rack to quick stops walking to the beach 😉 We have stayed at numerous locations in Ocean City but my family and I have all agreed we will be staying at the Captiva Bay from now on!

Great Experience

This is our 2nd year staying at this condo and our 3rd year in this building. Very short walk to the beach. Unlike the ocean front high rises, no waiting on elevators or noisy corridors at night. Beautiful sunsets and peace and quiet after hours.

Perfect sunsets

We absolutely loved this condo. It was quiet, had everything we needed and was located to lots of restaurants and shops. We will definitely book this condo again! The sunsets were amazing from the balcony.
