DIRECT BAYFRONT updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in midtown Ocean City - close to everything! Great building just across the street (1.5 blocks, a 3-4 minute walk) from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! You'll love this bright and tastefully decorated condo that incudes ungrades including luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Master bedroom has a King-sized bed and second bedroom has a queen and double bed. Living room has a queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. The condo comes with a balcony, Smart TV's in every bedroom and the livingroom where you can log in with your own credentials and enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies, wifi/high speed internet and a full kitchen to cook all of your favorite meals. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig and a blender in addition to the basic necessities. There is a full sized washer and dryer in this unit. This condo is located on the 2nd floor of San Remo building and there is an elevator in the building. You'll have 2 assigned, under cover parking spaces and the clearance is 6'8". Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse, Tequila Frogs and Alley Oops to name a few! Also close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $129.99 A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
