For starters the property is under renovations. The room was not ready when we checked in around 5:30 pm. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall. I found a pink pill on the chair in our room thankfully none of my young children found it. We had no towels. The refrigerator was not working properly because it was frozen solid. Had to defrost my self. The front deck staff was no help at all. The manager doesnt seem to think customer relations is important. The staff you have at the front desk is the face of your company. And the lady upfront takes that to a whole new level. She had a mirror up on the counter and a make up bag big enough to fit the kitchen sink in her lap. I have tried to call customer service but just got the run around and hung up on. .

Had an overall nice stay. Our room was perfect. My only gripe would be the breakfast. There weren't many options. Was the same thing everyday.
On entry to the room terrible vomit like odor hairs and stains on bedsheets. Clearly a bad omen as the night ahead proved a disaster for sleep - the room was fairly close to the main lobby and there was incessant loud talking that was clearly audible in the bedroom that woke us up from 3-4am and then again at 5.30am. When I complained to the lobby staff at 7am they argued with me that I should have complained in the middle of the night as anyone can make up a story. This was a NY overnight pit stop but truth be told I landed up being more exhausted than if had driven thro the 7.5 hrs straight from Virginia. Will never be staying here again
You get what you pay for ....no surprises....staff very friendly....halls ...etc dirty from volume of tourists...... safe bet

Spacious rooms and they allowed pets
The hotel room we stayed in was nice. It was the fireplace room on a smoke free floor. Sometimes hotel say the floor is smoke free and smells like cigarettes anyway but the floor was legitimately smoke free. The room itself was nice but wasn’t nice enough for the price. The carpet did have a large stain as did the wall. I’m assuming the price was because it was in a prime location. 5 mins from the boardwalk and around shopping plazas/restaurants. Still wasn’t worth the price aesthetically speaking. Customer service was great and very timely with requests. Overall I had a 6 out of 10 experience.
Overall was pretty good. Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was slightly uncomfortable and pool was not open which was a bit of a bummer but overall was a good place to stay with a very easy 4 minute drive to the boardwalk.

Check in was easy and quick but when we got to the room there was ants everywhere. I complained to the front desk and they came and sprayed the room. That did not help so we switched rooms. I would not stay here again.
I had a good time in my stay at this Hotel, it's close to a lot of good places in OCM really close to the beach/boardwalk and the rides(Trimper's Rides). Just the information about of breakfast it's incomplete because of the Coronavirus the breakfast it's just the minimum or basics like coffee, juice, fruit and cereal.
