Got better than what I expected for the price. Front desk ladies were happy & helpfully. Only thing that would be nice would be some type of dimmer lights for night, outlets near beds & softer beds. The property was clean and in a great location. Was an efficiency apartment with two Murphy beds. Nice little balcony with a view of the boardwalk and the beach. Only negative was the couches. Although we were told about some balconies were closed during our stay, we didn't know ahead of time that our room was one affected. It didn't appear any work was being done on the balcony during our stay. The room was fine and pretty spacious. It was nice having a kitchen. Proximity to boardwalk was awesome.
