Beautiful, oceanfront 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome located in midtown!

Summer Place 4 It's difficult to locate an Ocean Front TH with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy excellent views from various oceanfront decks. Watch and listen the ocean from each of the three amazing beachfront decks. Also unique to this property is a private beach area where the kids can play and not be near the ocean. The first floor boasts direct beachfront access from the spacious living room and includes a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, half-bath and a large private deck on the west side. The second and third floors each feature two bedrooms and a full bath. Each floor has separate bath. 5 Smart TVS, streaming only, Central Air, Washer, Dryer, and reserved off street carport parking is included. Vehicle height limitations exist. Oceanfront townhomes are very popular so book early! 3 beachside decks/balconies with steps from first level to beach.
This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.
