Beach Side Ocean View Renovated Condo w/Pool Sleeps 6 & Elevators!

Updated, Clean, Quiet! Much recently freshly painted, too! Queen & full (brand new mattress) bed in bedroom w/ TV. Queen Sleeper in Living Room w/ TV. Ocean Views. Quiet side of building/corner on 5th floor- with elevators! View of pool from balcony and some ocean views from unit! Plenty of space. Fully stocked kitchen. Balcony with views of ocean & pool - beach side of Coastal Hwy means quick trip to sand, sun & fun! and if you get tired of the beach, sit poolside for a little bit! Summer season rentals are weekly Sat-Sat; June is available for 2 night minimum stays. You will need to bring your own sheets/pillowcases, and paper products, garbage bags, dishwashing etc (some are initially provided but may be used up by time you arrive), and beach chairs. There is NO grill available- condo unit and it is not permitted. WIFI and Amazon Firestick for TV & access to streaming services - so bring your passwords for what you like to watch! NO smoking.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a fenced pool.
