We are a family-oriented vacation rental company and pride ourselves on offering a safe, clean, and relaxing space for families, couples and responsible travelers. To maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests and neighbors, we do not host bachelor or bachelorette parties, and we do not accept group bookings from guests under the age of 25.
The official pool season runs from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. However, the HOA has extended the pool season 2-3 week after Labor Day, depending on the weather in the past years.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
