The unit is in ok shape. Very good kitchen, spacious living room, needs a good plumber, the bathroom sink is kind of clogged. The bed mattress is in very poor condition, backache to sleep on it.

Great deal!

We were looking for a very affordable stay for a short getaway and this listing delivered! Met our basic needs for cooking, parking and a block away from the fishing pier and a few blocks away from the beach/boardwalk. Unfortunately the weather was crummy so didn’t get to spend the day at the beach. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Brett gave us a heads up that the bedroom tv and dishwasher wasn’t functioning.

We stayed at Brett’s Condo for 3 nights/4 days. We received all access codes in a timely and orderly fashion. Brett also let us know that the dishwasher was down due to repairs needed-which was helpful. When it came to sleeping arrangements everything was okay but we did find wrappers stuffed in the pull out bed, and in the living room coffee table. The pullout sofa bed did have crumbs all over it causing the crumbs to fall on the floor when pulling out the sofa bed so we only used it 1 night due to my son feeling uncomfortable. Some other small inconveniences include, I couldn’t get the coffee maker to work, and the bedroom tv would absolutely not work, no matter what we did. Other than that, we greatly appreciated the access to the pool next door for the kiddos and Brett was very kind! Thank you for having us!
