You can also enjoy the incredible view while relaxing in front of the TV eating and/or preparing a meal in the stunning well-appointed kitchen and from the comfort of your beds. The split floor plan is desirable for parents or traveling friends who seek a little privacy. The primary bedroom and bath are located through the dining area while the 2nd bedroom and additional full bath are at the opposite end of the unit. Paradise found! The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured, and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $65.

Last minute family vacation

We were so pleasantly surprised at just how perfect this condo was for us. We are a family of 6 and have a hard time finding space that doesn’t cost an extreme amount of money. The location to any needed convenience and to the boardwalk was perfect for us. We prefer the quiet tranquil beach during the day and a quick drive to all the excitement on the boardwalk. I only wish there was an iron and ironing board for those dress up nights.

Condo is Immaculate, updated, great views!

Loved it as soon as we walked in! We loved our week here. The condo was very clean, smelled great, beds were super comfortable and we loved the views from the windows and balcony. Recently updated and it shows. Views of the beach and down Oceanside Blvd. 9400 Tower is in a great spot. Not too close to the busy boardwalk, but about a 10 min drive. Close to all restaurants and shopping. Grocery store across the street. Condo was kid friendly room. Our son (and us) enjoyed the bunk beds and the sand toys in the closet. Rooms on opposite end of the condo was nice. Bathrooms were very clean. Thank you! Only negative was the additional 2hundredfifty VRBO suprise booking transaction on the CC in addition to my reservation.
