New rooms are small but fresh with great views and the bed was comfortable The inly issue was that one of the waitresses had a serious attitude at dinner time. Management also needs to train new staff before allowing them to take orders - the young bloke had no idea about drinks etc. Took 3 of them to get the wine order right At breakfast i asked for a decaf coffee, only to be told by the same waitress that they dont do decaf at breakfast!! What a joke

Very enjoyable stay at the Oyster Inn.

Lovely stay at the Oyster Inn, staff were very friendly and helpful, food was great. We were touring our motorcycles around the West Coast and this is a very good place to stay and we will definitely stay again. Thanks.

My experience was incredibly disappointing. I had booked a room for a honeymoon trip with my wife during our roadtrip to Oban. However, when we arrived, I discovered that our room was in the basement, yes a basement with just a tiny window looking out at car wheels above ground level. It was completely misleading. When I asked for a refund, I was told to contact Expedia. After reaching out to them multiple times, they confirmed that the hotel owner had refused the refund. The staff were unfriendly, and the owner lied repeatedly about canceling my reservation putting on Expedia. The room itself was cramped, with a small TV and a musty smell throughout. If your room isn't on a higher floor with a sea view, I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Let me know if you need any more adjustments!
