The hotel was in a beautiful setting. But otherwise is was just an ok stay. The room was freezing when we got there. I closed the drapes and turned on the heat but ask the heat went directly into the drapes so I had to choose between privacy and warmth. Then the heater blew a fuse in the middle of the night so I was cold when I woke up. Probably won’t stay here again.
Managers were very efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Office staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, so was the service staff... the room smelled musty and could use a good airing out. Tub area not very well updated.
Staff was friendly and welcoming even thought we arrived late and the hotel was fully booked. King bed was comfortable, room was very clean and large. Breakfast was typical motel style but good enough to get a start on the day without having to stop for a morning meal.

When I got to the hotel to check in I told the young lady at the desk that I had two small dogs with me and she said I should have told them that when I made reservations. I explained to the young lady that there was no place to include that information. There were no rooms available for pet owners. She wasn't the least bit sorry for the inconvenience.
