Friendly welcoming staff, couldn’t fault. The room itself was okay. The floor was pretty dirty and needed a good clean/scrub. Daughter was covered in dirt after crawling around. Other than that it was a good stay as it was a stop off point on the way to crater lake.

We checked in late, and even though there wasn't anyone around, it was very easy to get our room key. The motel is a smaller one on Highway 58 and is very nice.

The staff is very friendly. The lady at the desk, the cleaning ladies, and the maintenance man were all courteous and kind and helpful. The room is kind of small, but has everything and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative thing I have is that when checking in, they tried to charge me way more than what was on my Orbitz reservation. They ended up getting it down to within $6 of what it was supposed to be. That issue was a first for me when traveling and using Orbitz.

Omg this unassuming little place is magical. They thought of everything to make your stay comfortable! From the shoe mat when you walk in to the decor, the power strip to plug in a thousand gadgets, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, high powered shower 🚿 ... coffee, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, make up remover ... even a shower cap ... plastic silverware, plates and cups ... there is nothing they forgot! Love it! Just loved it!!!

The Arbor Inn is my go-to inn when I travel from Washington to Reno. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfy and quiet at night with an occasional truck driving through town. I’ve stayed here 4-5 times now and would highly recommend it if you’re traveling that way. Breakfast at Sweetvine in town is yummy!

Thanksgiving get together

They were extremely accommodating in every way. I was needing a cabin that could serve for Thanksgiving dinner for my family who all came in from different states as my own house is under renovation right now and this get together was kind of unexpected. The staff was friendly and very helpful in executing this very complicated endeavor. They even provided extra chairs for everyone.
