Clean, relaxing, beachy decor, and great location (near the beach, grocery, restaurants). All the necessities were there. We would come back. Beautiful flowers on the porch with butterflies.Ideas: Maybe an extra bath towel each, usb hookups by the beds, and beach cruiser bikes with bigger/adjustable height seats.

We were in town for a wedding and absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect for our trip, 15 minute walk from the venue! We really appreciate our host’s attention to detail, walking into the studio with music playing and beach towels folded for us. The space was so charming and perfect for a little getaway. We would love to stay again and would recommend to anyone.

It was everything and more that my wife and I needed for a little weekend getaway on Oak Island. It is walking distance to multiple restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We for sure will be back!

I'm always a little skeptical when I see only positive reviews listed, but will tell you the Cozy Beach Studio is a gem! I cannot express enough how much we loved our little getaway. Jason, the owner, was quick to respond to our questions and is absolutely the kindest person. The little cottage was sooo clean and this is coming from someone who is very over the top on a clean home. I, 100%, recommend booking a stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and anywhere you may want to explore.

Everything was great! Loved the location. It was perfect for walking to the beach & driving anywhere on Oak Island or into Southport. Great communication with the host. This was perfect, modern, spacious & accommodating for a couple. Loved the bedding, nice bathroom & skylights. Air purifiers were top notch. The host was accommodating in letting us park at the property before & after check in as to allow us more time at the beach without having to pay for additional parking. Highly recommend!

Short Getaway

The cozy one bedroom was perfect for a short stay to visit the islands and Southport. We enjoyed the convenience/location and the hosts were easy to communicate with. The place was clean and the couch and bed were comfortable, which is a win! We really appreciated the place!

Fun at the Beach

This property included everything that we needed: comfy bed, couch, kitchen, nice bathroom. I loved the skylights and lots of windows. Also, there was plenty of hot water. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor chairs in the front of the property. Check-out time of 11:30 AM was a huge plus as we were able to get in one last walk on the beach before we left for home.

Great accommodations!

Perfect location within walking distance to the beach. The studio was very clean and was the perfect amount of room for us. Jason was a great host and left his contact information if we had any issues or questions. Will definitely book again in the future!
