Clean, large, upscale, one stop hotel right on a sandy beach. They call this area Disneyland Bali, upscale area for sure.
The concierge staff is outstanding, especially ANGEL. There was NOTHING we wanted that she didn’t provide. We actually extended our stay by.a week because of her. She always made us feel special.
The staff are very friendly, the breakfast buffet offers ample choices, everything is fresh and very tasty. The rooms are spacious and kept clean. The beach is beautiful. The Hotel itself seems to be in pretty bad shape though- especially considering it was opened a mere year ago. Everywhere the paint is peeling, things rusty, cushions have spots. The staff seems badly trained. Having stayed at two four-star-resorts in Nusa Dua, which both exceeded the Inaya by far, I would say the Inaya does not deserve the five-star-rating. I wouldn't stay there again.
