Carpet doesn’t look clean,toilet flush in our room was not working well but since we only stayed for two nights and pretty outside the whole day I didn’t make a big deal about it.

Poor customer care

We were not actually able to stay at this property. I booked the room one day early by mistake. Within minutes of realizing my error I contacted Hotels.com to try to change the date of arrival by one day. The hotel refused to make the change under the reason that it was a non-refundable rate. I did not want a refund, I wanted the date of stay adjusted by one day. We tried a second time with Hotels.com, refused again. We asked our family in Germany to call the hotel directly, refused one more time. We will not again make a reservation at a B&B property anywhere.

Lady on reception during check-in not very friendly. She printed a check-in form stating that my nationality was Spanish, she did not even ask for my passport. I had to hand-write British instead

Good basic hotel.

Basic but clean and comfortable. The location is very good for seeing the old town and all of the sites. It is a basic hotel, but we paid a basic price so got what we expected.

A very clean, comfortable room. Perfect place to stay if you only have a little bit of time to explore Nuremberg as it’s very close to the old town but also the train station.

Conveniently located near historical centre and central station. Family room was extremely tiny. Our room was facing the main road - extremely noisy (sirens from police all night). The carpet in the room was filthy.

Basic place to stay

Excellent location but very very basic room. Bathroom needed a good deep clean as tiles appeared grimy in many places. Lighting in room very dim. Okay for 1 night's stay but I wouldn't want to stay any longer. There is a vending machine in the lobby for snacks and hot drinks. Access is via code for main door and room. Staff were helpful.

Ceiling on seventh floor is under construction. Electrical wires hanging down and outlets in hall wall unfinished. Was worrisome. Breakfast was great. Room small, but clean. Location cannot be beat. Walking distance to Christkindlesmarkt and National Museum. Easy check in and out at any hour. Hand sanitizer everywhere.
