We Have an excellent location, in one of the most exclusive places in New Vallarta, we have a very Beautiful and clean beach. We have many places to visit,
for examples: Marietas islands, Sayulita, San Pancho, Puerto Vallarta , Bucerias.
We have a beautiful view, from the balcony of the apartment, towards the gardens and pool area, there are two swimming pools, and a resturant bar in pool area too, everything so you can enjoy, in the company of your family and friends . You will love it!!!
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Great resort - OK apartment

We were here for 2 months in 2025. We very much liked the resort. The beach is wonderful and extends several kilometres in both directions. The place is very lively mainly due to the large number of Mexicans which we very much enjoyed. (If you are looking for a quiet place full of nothing but old North American tourists this may not be for you). The town of Bucerias and 2 major grocery stores are within a short drive or a 2k walk. For anything else you will need a car, taxi or bus. Note that the resort has some strict rules which you should be aware of. The Apartment itself is adequate but is well passed its prime. When we arrived, we had many problems both large and small. The host, who was very responsive, quickly addressed most of the major issues but many issues remained. As well the furniture is not very comfortable and is not what is shown in the pictures.

8 of us stayed in this suite and it was comfortable. There were a couple issues but we got immediate responses when we messaged to let them know. It does only have beds for 5 but couch slept one comfortably and they provided a queen blowup mattress which was great. Pool was awesome and it’s right in the beach. We’d definitely stay here again.

Aria Residences #750

Nous avons été très déçus à notre arrivée à l’appartement. Ce n’était pas propre, l’air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas, la robinetterie était défectueuse, l’accès à à la laveuse à linge et à la sécheuse était totalement encombré. Bref, un accueil déficient. Le personnel à la réception a toutefois réagi rapidement à notre déception et à contacté la responsable sur place. Celle-ci est arrivée rapidement et nous lui avons expliqué que l’appartement n’était pas adéquat. Nous y avons passé une nuit avant qu’elle nous propose un autre appartement le lendemain de notre arrivée. Ce dernier, situé au 2e étage, était propre et fonctionnel et nous y avons passé le reste de notre séjour. Le complexe est composé de trois ailes et nous étions logés dans le bloc no 2. Les jardins et les piscines sont bien entretenus toutefois pendant l’un des deux ascenseurs du bloc est tombé en panne quelques jours après notre arrivée et n’était pas réparé à notre départ, deux semaines plus tard. Nous avons aussi manqué d’eau à quelques reprises. Nous assumons que le fait que nous étions sur place en basse saison et que cette période est utilisée pour faire des ajustements et réparations. Toutefois le complexe était très fréquenté. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la destination mais nous ne retournerons pas à l’Aria.
