Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises.
