Beautiful home in Novi Vinodolski

Almost in the center of Novi Vinodolski is this spacious vacation home. Even though the outdoor space is scarce, a pool is at your disposal during the summer days. Also, prepare various dishes on the grill. The house consists of three floors with outdoor stairs. In the attic, the sloping ceiling reaches 80 cm. From the covered and open terraces you have a beautiful view of the sea and Novi Vinodolski. The center of Novi Vinodolski can be reached on foot in about 2 minutes; to the sea it is a little more. Visit the beautiful Crikvenice and the island of Krk with beautiful beaches. Fire department in the immediate vicinity.

Perfektes Haus mit schönem Pool und toller Aussicht

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem großen, schönen Pool und toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Fußgängerzone und somit Bäcker, Supermarkt und andere Läden sind in ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreichbar - auch runter zum Hafen bzw. zum Lidl ist man dank der schönen alten Treppe in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Man kann kostenlos auf oder vor dem Grundstück parken. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und liebenswert, halten alles in Ordnung. Auch der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Alle 5 Schlafzimmer für die 10 Personen sind gleichwertig und funktional, was bei Häusern dieser Größe leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Das Grundstück selbst ist nicht besonders groß - was aber für ein Stadthaus eher normal ist. Wir würden es immer weiterempfehlen und würden auch jederzeit wiederkommen.
