This group of accommodations lies just off the coastal road in the fishing village of Klenovica, between the cities of Novi Vinodolski and Senj. The holiday resort has been here for 30 years and offers lots of space and numerous facilities. Situated on the coast, its long gravel beach makes it ideal for the littlest bathers - perfect for a family vacation in Croatia. In the complex you will find an exchange office, a grocery store and a nice restaurant. The distance from the beach is about 100 meters.

This newly constructed 32 m² mobile home, built in 2023, offers a fresh and practical stay for up to 6+1 guests. With three bedrooms, a comfortable open living area and a private wooden terrace, it is a great choice for families or groups looking for a modern holiday home close to the sea.Living area: The open living area combines the lounge space with the kitchen and includes an additional sleeping place, offering extra flexibility for families or groups.Dining area: The indoor living space provides a practical setting for shared meals, while the terrace offers an additional place to enjoy relaxed moments outdoors.Kitchen: The open kitchen is integrated into the living area and offers a convenient space for preparing simple meals during the stay.Bedrooms: The mobile home has three bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds.Bathrooms: The accommodation includes one bathroom and an additional toilet, adding extra convenience for larger families or groups.Outdoor space: The private wooden terrace offers a pleasant place to relax outside and enjoy the holiday atmosphere.Comfort and furnishings: The mobile home is equipped with air conditioning and a TV, ensuring a comfortable stay during warm days and relaxed evenings.Location: The beach is located just 300 to 350 metres from the accommodation, making it easy to enjoy the sea during your stay.

Here you will find many possibilities for filling your free time including water sports, hiking, boat rentals and excursions to such places as the Kvarner Aquatorium. An additional advantage is the nearness to several national parks including Sjeverni Velebit, Risnjak, Plitvicka jezera and Paklenica. The variety of possibilities make it suitable for those looking for an active holiday as well as those who prefer to enjoy a quieter vacation. The bay is rich in fish and dolphins, which, with a little luck, can be seen. Resident visitors here include swans - probably the only place where they live in the sea. The local restaurants offer excellent seafood specialties.

Water, gas, electricity, air conditioning and bed linen are included in the rental price.The grocery shop, restaurant, bar and swimming pool complex on the campsite are available from 15 June to 15 September.Wireless internet is available free of charge in public areas, including the reception, restaurant and swimming pool complex. Please note that WiFi is not available inside the mobile homes.Young groups and parties are not permitted.
