Really nice stay

Great apartment. Only problem is if you miss the email explaining how to get in you would never manage it on your own. I was lucky that I phoned them the day before and they sent the instructions. Everything thing else was great

Wouldn't stay here again took ages to find out how to get in due to not seeing an email with instructions which arrived whilst travelling to the hotel at 2pm in the same day or arrival so when we arrived didn't realise there was a code which was emailed to enter. The room/s it self were ok the décor and kitchen needs updating and we were disturbed at 10.30am to check out which again was in the email instructions but didn't see until late and not usually to check out so early

Decent quality city centre apartment

The booking pictures and description were indicative of the reality. Efficient check in/out process and comprehensive pre-arrival information. The apartment is tastefully furnished, spacious and equipped with standard facilities as would be expected of a self-service flat at this price. However its a shame that the finishing touches you'd expect for the price were missing. Multiple mugs, plates, glasses - but not all matching. Electric outlets that come out of the wall when trying to unplug. No towel for the kitchen. Payment and location information that's 5 years out of date. I'd recommend and consider using again but I'd like to think that maintenance would ensure the the quality matches the price.

A good place to stay for business

I had a good stay at Cranbrook House apartments. The kitchen was more than adequate, the place was clean and had a good shower, and the location was perfect for my work. Also, I needed to check out slightly late and they were exceptionally nice and let me do so without charges. Thanks very much.

We couldn't get into the apartment, it was midnight when we arrived, it was really cold and we had to book the premier inn which was a 10 min drive. Not happy at all
