The flat is attached to our house above the garage,with own front door, it’s a large space with a king sized bed & own bathroom. It was built in 2016 so is insulated and warm.
The kitchen has oven, grill, hob, fridge,freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. The TV has sky box with sports, streaming services includes Netflix, Disney, prime, iPlayer, Channel 4, ITV etc, Wi-Fi300mb+. There is a dedicated workspace with monitor, keyboard and printer.
Parking is private and located next to the entrance door,EV charging available.
We can add an additional zed bed for £30
The apartment is heated and features a kitchenette with a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a kitchen island. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
