The room was clean and staff were excellent

The property was absolutely amazing. Loved everything about it. And being right in the center of town was a nice feature. The staff was unbelievably kind and nice and generous. Having the restaurant downstairs was so convenient as well as the gift shop. However, the parking was a little bit tricky cause it’s street parking that is metered. But other than that, We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

There needs to be some improvements in the physical environment. Ceiling in the bedroom was peeling and upholstered chair and desk chair wear very worn.

We had a room on the top third floor that had been recently renovated. It was very nice. Our granddaughter had left her stuff bunny in the bed. House keeping found it and took it to the front desk. They called us and kindly will be sending back to her. So that made our trip even better. We had all enjoyed the Dismal Canyon the evening we stayed there. It was great to have a clean room after the night tour. The staff there was the best!

This was perhaps the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. The tub was filthy!! dirty around the floor in the bathroom, stains on the entire bathroom door, tissues stuffed into a wall as a door stop, etc. I was shocked at the condition of everything in the hotel.
