Our stay was ok,functioning of elevators should be improved specially in evenings. For lunch and dinner for room service menu should have more inter-continental items.

The hallway on my floor was never vacuumed and desperately needed it. It was gross. The room however was much better. Also, no hot-tub. Has a pool but not hot-tub. Restaurant was rather expensive even for a hotel. I just got a burger and it was nothing special.

We had a wonderful experience, the room, the view and the staff were excellent during our stay! Highly recommend.

Area was nice and quiet, room was really clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

Everything was perfect, staff was very helpful and accommodating ..except for occasional long wait for the shuttle at the metro stop all else was excellent. Thanks for making my kid's spring break a memorable one.

Everything was great, except paying for daily parking.

Was a little far from D.C. - although there was shuttle service to Pentagon City where you could catch the Metro. Rooms were very comfortable but we were put on the LL level where they were having several conferences so every morning we were walking through business meetings- with all the floors I wasn't quite sure why they put us there - restaurant food was good service was not great - but besides that everyone else was accommodating

Overall, the hotel was very nice. The only hiccup was that they didn't have a room available for us on our first night. It was a bit annoying having to drive to a different location after a long travel day but they took care of us.

short stay for a funeral. big convention in the hotel, but no adverse impact on our stay

Very nice hotel. Fee shuttles were a great convenience.

first off when checking in the employee at the front counter seems like she was not interested in check us in, rather talking more to the other employee. Also we park in the wrong parking lot because we were not inform upon checking in which lot to park in. We went into the wrong lot, there were no carts so we were luggin our bags to find out we were in the wrong lot. Went out of the lot, 6 minutes after going in, as the time is stamped on ticket and was charge 14 dollars even though we explained the issue. We then went to the correct lot and was charge the per night parking fee in full. Also when checking in ask for a roll away, we were supposed to see that the rollaway was brought to our hall in the other end but not in our room, so when coming back that night tired, we went to grab the rollaway that still was not in our room only to see it was removed from the hall so two people that were not close has to sleep in the same bed. Finally when getting ready to head for breakfast we realize they only gave us two breakfast vouchers when we had 4 guests. We called to the reception desk and I explained, the employee at the reception desk says well if you went on our site you would see that we only issue two. I said well I did not go to your site, as I booked through orbitz and she says ohhhh, well oh well, literally I quote she says oh well. Theb when. He king out I was asked how was my statsay it was just okay, she gives me my receipt without even asking as to why it was Just ok

Loved this hotel. Very comfortable and affordable.

Yes, i can return. Is Beutiful and excelent. Hotel is little far from the metro, but it has efficient transport service

I've stayed at this hotel many times. I especially appreciate the free roundtrip shuttle to the airport, and to the shopping center where you can catch the Metro. The hotel has a good restaurant with menu service as well as a full breakfast buffet. And you can store any leftovers in the in-room refrigerator. Staff members are professional and friendly.

Great hotel! Concierge, shuttle drivers, front desk and hotel restaurant staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant!

Liked it a lot, not far from DC, very clean, rooms are big

Perfect hotel to stay in for long orshort period supper clean and very comfortabl. Friendly staff and really helpful. 100 recomended for other

The hotel was perfect for what I was looking for. It isn't in the heart of DC and is in a nice area. It was still convenient to get to where we needed to go. We didn't spend much time in the hotel, but all staff we encountered were pleasant, and the room and hotel were clean. I'd stay here again.

I love the hotel the location and the price but I would think we would get free breakfast since the hotel was super fancy!! We recommend the cleanliness and we stay in a suite with a balcony but no breakfast and also need to make a better entrance for the suites area.

I enjoy our stay, the staff and check in was friendly And helpful!! I wish they would come and clean our room And have free breakfast!! But I love luxury suite with a balcony.
