Clean room but felt amenities lacking this year. Menus only scannable which doesn't work for those without a smart phone or no service in Mexico. The upkeep of the property is sliding (long grass, paint peeling surfaces)

Room was in good condition, however, took 5 hours after arrival to get the air condition started, and also 5 hours to get much needed mattresses and pillows
