Accommodations left a lot to be desired and we will never stay here again. Probably the worst thing was that the toilet seat was broken and flopping all over the place! How could the maid NOT have noticed that it was so loose, or even broken? Also the toilet paper holder was barely attached to the wall - it was nearly pulled out of the wall. The continental breakfast had by far the fewest items I have ever seen, and was located in a tiny area of the lobby.
Great hotel, clean, comfortable with great rates. The breakfast purvey was wide ranging and the accommodation adequate. The only comment I have, less than positive, concerns the relatively small number of tables.Breakfast needs to be timed for a lull. The staff could not have been more helpful, altogether a grand visit.
This hotel is worth stopping over on the way to NY and beyond! We already drove 7 hrs., ate leisurely and missed rush hour traffic over Delaware Memorial Bridge ~ so worth staying here!
I stayed here because it was a bit less expensive when on Uncle Sam's dime when I had some work at the Aberdeen Proving Ground. It's only about 15 minutes from there. If there was one thing that could have improved my stay would be to have had a business center. As it was anyways, I was dog-tired and could've swam in the pool if I'd really felt like exercise.
Great management - hotel is OK but can't beat the price, Uyesh is the man he is very professional and helpful!
So I made my reservation at the Days Inn here in Aberdeen, MD. from Aug. 22, to Sept. 1st. When I got to the hotel, the young man behind the desk greeted me professionally and with a smile. Gave him my name, and he says he has good news and bad news. My smoking room wont be available till the next day. They were over booked. He gives option 1, stay in a non-smoking room for one night, them move in the morning into the smoking room, or, option 2, His family owns the Travelodge across the street and I could go there and his uncle would take care of me for the same price, still get all my Wyndham points. Then he hits me with the selling points. The Travelodge has a restaurant and a lounge. Then he see,s my PS4, and tells me he helped remodel all the rooms in the Travelodge, and he personally put 47" LG flat screens TVs in every room. I just looked at him with a big smile and said, "SOLD MY FRIEND". This family has two very nice hotels, are supper friendly, supper clean, and beyond accommodating. I highly recommend these two hotels.
We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location to the field was perfect (less than 5 minutes) and the value for that alone was great. The beds were not so comfortable and I'm not usually one to complain about that comfort (to me a bed is a bed but these were hard). The room smelled musty and potentially a bit smoky even though it was a non-smoking room. I'd still go back for the value and location.
They were painting in the pool area an got paint on my phone my nephews phone and our shoes...noting was done. They kept painting and the manger was to contact me an still hasnt.
I went there with a coupon I got from the hotel booklets you get at rest stops. It was a clean comfortable stay and the Continental breakfast was good too (although I wish they had eggs). My only complaint was that my room was near the ice maker and the office so the ice maker and the beeping from the waffle iron woke me up.
This is one of the worst motels I have ever stayed in. My "non smoking" room smelled like a floral cover up of a chain smoker. I went to the front desk to asked to be moved but apparently there were no other rooms available. The guys idea of how to help me was to hand me some machine and tell me to use it (but that he had no idea how to make it work or what exactly it did) and a bottle lavender scented air freshener to spray in the room. It was terrible. Do not stay here!
