heating unit extremely noisy. Breakfast room has refuse container too close the wall angle which is not protected from possible head injury.
I cannot speak to the quality of this hotel as I did not stay here . But I can speak to the quality of one specific employee Caitlyn. During the epic storm on Friday 3/2 my daughter was stranded when Highway 95 was shut down. I was frantically trying to find her a hotel room and as you can imagine all were booked. Caitlyn heard the worry in my voice and offered to make calls in the community and see if a friend or church could take her in. She took my number and did message me later in the evening. This young lady went above and beyond. She exemplified the true meaning of hospitality and kindness. If she treats perfect strangers this way I can only image how she treats your guests. You are lucky to have her.
This is the place to stay on your travels just off the interstate. Check in was very friendly, efficient and professional. The receptionist Caitlyn is definitely a credit to the Days Inn program. I had a problem opening the door to my room and she came over to assist me. At first I was not thrilled with the room location being on the ground floor by a walkway to the vending machines. I did not hear a sound from outside or adjoining rooms during my 2 night stay and was very surprised. The wifi reception was excellent. The bed was comfortable and bathroom, shower and dressing area very clean. The breakfast was continental with waffles. There are many eateries in the area so you will not go hungry. A Walgreen's is only a couple of blocks away for any toiletries you may have forgotten.
Wanted to stop my drive in an ice storm and upon exit from I95 there she was. Everything was as expected Check in was easy, I liked the young man working the desk. Room was comfee, after I turned the heat on. I moved the lounge chair over in front of TV so I found floor was not clean underneath, typical. I was able to get free razor at front desk and purchased snacks. breakfast was the usual continental Overall very satisfied. Good value..
The sheet and blanket in the room were dirty. They 100% don't wash them and use the same sheet and blanket for the next quest.
This is a very clean and comfortable place-and also affordable The have a nice breakfast in the morning and the coffee is good. It is also located near many shops and restaurants. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking is never a problem
This was the first time I stayed at this hotel. IT was difficult to identify from the pictures on its website if all of the rooms had exterior entrances. I travel with two dogs so for me it was easier to have the room door by the back of my car. The young man who checked me in was very accommodating. The person who was roomed next to me had intermittent visitors throughout the night who were banging on their door and speaking extremely loud. This of course was not the fault of the hotel. Overall I would stay here again.
It was awful! The place was filthy and we left immediately. The man at the front desk had apologized and refunded me. The bathroom was dirty and the heat/ air conditioning did not work. Words cannot describe it!
Hd t.v. great, noisy neighbors upper floor, construction crew, they had 3 rooms next to each other, stomping from room to room then back, 3 nights in row, last night I called front desk, previous night someone else called front desk to complain, breakfast awesome, Belgian waffles...
When we walked into the room, we found packages of beef jerky lying on the TV cabinet along with a mostly consumed jar of hot sauce. The refrigerator had old food in it. There was an old bar of soap in the shower. The bed spread was filthy...probably never washed. The blanket on the bed had holes in it. The carpeting was vacuumed but needed a major cleaning...glad I brought slippers, afraid to walk on it. There were no extra blankets or pillows. The bath towels were rough and thin. The heating/air conditioning unit was noisy and went off and on all night.
