Wonderful place

We had a great time staying here. The place is very large and tons of room for the whole family. We also enjoyed the pool. Great location- right across the street from beach access. I would highly recommend this place particularly for a larger family looking for tons of space.

Golf trip/vacation

Great location, house was accommodating for a large group. Close to the beach and golf courses. There are some maintenance issues that should be fixed.

Little things ADD UP

The location was amazing. Beach is across the street and well known stores within 10 minutes. The kitchen is well equipped with 2 of each (stoves, fridges, dishwashers, microwaves, and wine coolers). It is GREAT for a family gathering. But not accessible. The first floor is actually the 2nd floor, so prepare to go up 3 flights to the kitchen and living room. While the house has seven restrooms, the house does not provide toilet paper and hand soap. So pack it. The towels and washclothes will scratch your skin. Clean sheets are provided but the comforters are left on the bed. Yuck. There is a washer and dryer, so bring your own and wash and dry before you go back home. And, they definitely do not clean in between guests. Bring lots of disinfecting wipes. Food was stuck on floor in multiple places & on couch. Bring house shoes. Obvious deep cleaning needed. Shower tracks and corners of room were filthy. Food, toys, and decorative beads found under couches. Ice machine is turned off so turn on as soon as you enter. Grill outside is filthy/rusted. Bring a portable. Dish washer on left, stinks do not use it. Other than these small but many issues, we had an amazing holiday celebration. Biggest point, Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have the same street names and Some houses have the same house number. If it says 30 minutes from checkin office, you are going to the WRONG address. We ended up at the wrong house three times. So, double check your GPS. Enjoy the beach!

Nice House and location, poor communication

House was great and so close to he beach enterance (just walk accross the street). Loved the double fridge, stove, microwave and dish washer, made cooking for 15 so easy!! Only bad experience we had was that there was maintenence on the house and no one told us to expect people there to rust proof the outside of the house. A teenager was changing in a top floor bedroom and there was a man on a ladder outside her window. This happened two different days!! I think it should have been communicated to expect a crew at the house to do maintenance. No one on the maintenance crew spoke english to answer any questions about how long they would be there or if they needed to come back.

Great property & location

This house and location are fantastic. Plenty of space, huge kitchen, walk to the beach in 2 minutes. Plenty of solace for “together” activities but also spacious bedrooms and other private areas to relax. The only blemish on an otherwise fantastic property was the cleanliness of the property when we walked in. I had to wipe some sort of residue off the kitchen cabinets when we first entered, and it looked like the sweeping of the floors was limited at best.

Great Family House

I was very pleased with the location and easy access to the beach. The house was beautiful, and the kitchen is well stocked with great pots and pans, utensils, coffee pot and Keurig, toaster plus lots of other kitchen accessories. Having two of every appliance was amazing! We had a large group so all the extra areas to relax was nice and the outside balcony was great. The younger kids enjoyed the pool table and video games along with their own media room. This was perfect on the day we had a storm. The pool area is very relaxing and the water was nice and cool. The bedrooms are all extremely nice and beds were very comfortable. It was nice having TV's in all the rooms so you could watch your favorite show and fall asleep. We only had a few minor issues and they were resolved quickly. I definitely recommend this rental for your group.

Gorgeous Beach Family Vacation!

Our family of 13, ages 8-70 stayed here for a week. We loved the huge kitchen which had two stoves and refrigerators, plus plenty of space to cook and entertain. Lots of seating so we could have everyone in the kitchen together for meals. The location was great, you cross a street to get to the beach but it wasn't a problem since people stop to let you cross. The beach is uncrowded and very clean. The beds in the house were very comfortable. Upon arrival, you have to go through a bag of sheets and towels and figure out which sheets go on each bed and make up all the beds. This was time-consuming. The pool in the back was wonderful and is private to just your family. We loved it!! It does required getting up 3 flights of stairs to get to the kitchen so that was a lot for some. We loved it here and would definitely stay again!
