Nuevo condominio renovado de 3 habitaciones frente al mar

Esta unidad del cuarto piso está recién pintada y tiene capacidad para 7. Cuenta con un nuevo horno, calentador de agua caliente y aire central con una nueva lavadora y secadora para su comodidad. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño completo, cama king y puerta corrediza de vidrio con acceso al balcón frente al mar. Tanto los muebles de la sala como del comedor son nuevos y el vidrio que da al balcón frente al mar en la sala de estar fue reemplazado por una vista clara del océano.
El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama individual y una cama queen size y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Hay televisores con cable en cada habitación y wifi. La unidad está a unos pasos de la prístina playa de Cherry Grove con salvavidas de guardia en temporada. La unidad del cuarto piso incluye pases de estacionamiento para el estacionamiento que va hasta el cuarto piso para facilitar el acceso a la unidad. Una piscina cubierta y una bañera de hidromasaje están disponibles para cuando necesite un descanso del sol. El edificio cuenta con ascensor, barbacoa y área de picnic.

First time stay at Cherry Grove

This was our first experience with VRBO and staying at Cherry Grove Beach and we could not have been more pleased! Everything was picture perfect. Communication with Dennis and Christine was effortless and they were so quick to get back to us especially when my mom forgot a piece to her nebulizer and Amazon it to the condo but we were unsure how to get to where it was delivered as it was locked. Greg contacted a friend that let us in. We absolutely loved having the outdoor closet with the beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, and boogie boards! It made things so much easier and much more convenient. We absolutely loved our time at Cherry Grove and the condo and are already planning our trip for next year to stay again with Dennis and Christine.

Family girls trip

My two sisters, my daughter, her children, and my sister’s granddaughter took a family girls trip. We loved the condo and especially appreciated the walk in shower with a seat as my sister is disabled. The decor was beautiful , but proved a temptation for the two year old. The location of the complex and the unit itself was perfect.

Outstanding stay!

We stayed April 2-9, 2025. Our Hosts, Dennis and Christine were amazing. Excellent communication before, during, and after our trip. They gave us information about the area and recommendations based on what we liked to do. The condo was warm and inviting with a great beach theme. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful views from the balcony. We walked the beach in the am and saw the sunrise every morning. We loved the location and the natural beach area. Great storage area with everything you need for a leisurely day at the beach. Fully stocked kitchen including 2 different types of coffee makers to make me feel right at home. Great vacation with excellent accommodations! Highly recommended!

Nice View/Cute Condo

This was a cute/fun decorated condo. Beds were fairly comfy and view was good. Appreciate that beds weren't jacked way off the floor since I travel with an 82 year old. Nice quiet section of Cherry Grove.

Wonderful vacation place

🏖️❤️Fabulous stay in Cherry Grove❤️🏖️

We could not have asked for a better condo in Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach for our family of 5. ❤️🏖️❤️ The condo is immaculate, well equipped, and the decor is amazing! You can tell they definitely take pride in their space they share with renters. It has everything you could want in the kitchen. I am not sure there is one thing missing that you could need. All three bedrooms were perfect for all of us to have our own space comfortably. Wonderful view of the ocean. The locker space with all the beach chairs and umbrellas was incredibly convenient and appreciated. Definitely enjoyed the location and being on the farthest most point away from the crowds, but easily drivable to get anywhere you want. We honestly are planning a trip back here next year because we loved it so much. Thank you Dennis and Christine for sharing your beautiful condo, and we hope that we can book with you again next year!! 🐚❤️🏖️

Perfect location

We had the best time during our stay. This condo is in the perfect location. It is a short walk to the beach, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to everything you need. The condo is very spacious and beautifully set up. We will definitely be back next year!

The Nicest Condo We Have Stayed at In The Cherry Grove Beach Area

We have stayed at numerous condos in this area over the past 3 years and this one was the nicest and also the cleanest, and you can immediately determine that the owners really care about their guests and take pride in their unit. The master bedroom bed is super comfortable, the other two bedrooms were very nice as well. The view from the balcony is wonderful and where the unit is located, it is as convenient as you can get being located on the 4th floor, which is the same floor as the top of the parking garage, which made unloading and loading a breeze. You even have at least 5 beach chairs, some beach umbrellas & boogie boards in a locker on the ground level that was a excellent feature as well, so you did not have to carry these items back and forth into the unit, which was great. Dennis & Christine are wonderful hosts and we hope that in the future we will have the opportunity to stay in their condo again. You would think that we could suggest something to improve upon, but that is not the case here, this is a close to perfect (location, convenience, clean, fantastic hosts, nice extras such as towels, sheets, paper products and a unit that is in fantastic shape and felt like home and not a rental unit. Thank you again for allowing our family to spend a week in your unit.

Long weekend for the race

Couldn’t be happier

After 15+ years working through a single agent/agency, I was understandably cautious about using Vrbo. Given my 80+ single status, I was searching for a specific location, residence details and general amenities for a month’s stay. 401 Sea Pointe and its owners could not have been a better fit for me. The website was visually accurate and sufficiently detailed. Positives far outweigh the experience: + Prompt responses to my initial and subsequent inquiries about incidentals – including a first evening call about a fire alarm alert. (The owners’ onsite contact was almost immediate and incidentally indicated that he was a firefighter in residence above.) + Mid-winter residence – lots of sunshine and spring like temps to “northerners”, close to groceries and other amenities; good internet access; well-equipped kitchen + Outside deck especially accommodating in size and for entertaining or simply enjoying the ocean-view; parking very convenient for this unit; building very well maintained with friendly and visible staff. + Excellent for multi-week stay when eating-in might be preferable or weather is less than optimal. + Decorator touches throughout but with eye to space-accommodation and general interest; thoughtful inclusions e.g. binoculars, excellent quality sound from vintage radio, multiple storage possibilities and top of the line appliances in kitchen and laundry + Cleaning supplies and equipment suitable for multi-week residence –one can’t control the weather
