Shoreham Towers II 9D Beautiful Oceanfront Views

Shoreham Towers II is one of the most exclusive, unique oceanfront buildings in North Myrtle Beach. Few homeowners rent, so the beachfront is not crowded like at the large resorts. The views up and down the coastline are spectacular!

We take great care and pleasure in maintaining and updating our five homes - Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) and Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696)

We do not use an agency. Owner, Margaret Williams, would like to speak with all first time renters after the unit is booked and VRBO provides personal information. Cleanliness is a top priority.

This unit is beautifully furnished and equipped with many comforts and amenities of home. Furniture is kept in good condition, mattresses are top-quality, and cleanliness is absolutely essential! We provide departure cleaning and linens. Sleeping accommodations are king in master, queen in second, queen in third.

For security, there is a Ring camera on the outside door. There are no cameras inside the unit.

Home has four televisions, DVD, and Wi-Fi high speed internet access. There is ample on-site parking and a secured lobby. Grilling, picnic area, and bathrooms are poolside. Also on beach level is a private storage unit with beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys (supply can change due to the elements).

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. We are a NON-SMOKING condominium, and this policy applies to the balcony area as well. No pets, no motorcycles allowed on property. Only adults over 25 and families. You are welcomed to call Margaret Williams at (VRBO has removed phone number).

Very nice property. We had two minor items that need attention. The refrigerator took two days to reach a cold enough temperature to store milk and other perishable items. The couch in the property has seen it's better days. When you sit on it, you sink so far into it we were having problems trying to get up. The owner was very nice and seemed interested in helping with any problems.

Fun in spite of Tropical Storm

Tropical Storm Debby stayed with us but we still were able to do all the things. We played putt putt at the indoor place, shopped, hit the beach when there was a lull. Owner was very attentive. The condo was one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. We highly recommend!

Family Vacation

This was the most equipped condo we’ve stayed in. Everything in the condo, down to the bed sheets, were high quality and well equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home with a better view. There are televisions in each room, with streaming services already logged in and available for use. The building is quiet and being a residential building, there were no issues with crowds or waiting on elevators. It was also very secure with coded doors for all entrances. Carts and buggies were readily available in lobby for groceries or luggage. The owners closet had so much beach equipment, we really didn’t need any of our own we brought with us. We would definitely stay in this unit again and highly recommend it!

The 1st thing you see when you walk in the door is the ocean. It is a very nice condo & well stocked. They even have items for the beach! Chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. It was a great place to crash after a day on the beach. We would highly recommend this condo. My guys kept congratulating me for finding it.

Pristine Condo on the Beach

The unit was spotless when we arrived, check-in was straight-forward, and the location was great, right on the beach. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked which is important to me as a cook. All of the essentials--tissues, paper towels, soaps, cleaning supplies, beach chairs where available. Margaret was very easy to work with.

Everything about this unit was wonderful. We normlly bring our own linen, paper products, etc due to previous vacations. We did not have to use anything. Everything was there if we needed it. I did not have to reach out to Margaret because she thought of everything. The online pictures and description are uan understatement of thia unit. View is breath taking. I would love to stay again.
