North Beach Resort is a spectacular, oceanfront resort that is rated four diamonds. The 2.5 acre pool area features 8 pools, #1 swim-up bar in the United States, 3 hot tubs, lazy river, world-class spa, gym, free shuttle, 2 on-site restaurants, fire pit, children's activities and more. Our modern beach cottage is part of this resort and it is clean, comfortable, stylish and features an open floor plan with lots of natural light. It comfortably sleeps 6-7 guests. We have no resort fees.

Parking is easy in our 2-car garage and we also have a ping pong table in the garage. Our one-story home features a large private enclosed courtyard with grill. Our home is a 8-minute walk or free shuttle ride to the ocean and pools.

Our home has been professionally-decorated and completely refurnished. We bought new furniture, art, lighting, rugs, mattresses, bedding, TV's, draperies and kitchenware. Our home has tile flooring throughout and features 9-10' ceilings. The large master suite features a Tempurpedic king-sized bed with new mattress, large TV, silk drapes, ceiling fan, sitting area, deluxe walk-in closet with built-ins, large master bath with double granite vanity and tub/shower.

The master bedroom has complete privacy from the other two bedrooms because it's located on the other side of the home. The queen bedroom is tastefully-decorated with a seagrass headboard, white silk drapes, LED TV, ceiling fan and large closet. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV, ceiling fan, silk drapes and lots of child-related necessities in the closet including a Graco Pack N Play, baby changing pad, baby gate, fan, and booster dining seat.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave), granite counters, washer and dryer and a 3-seat bar. The dining room table seats 8 and is open to the living room. The floor plan is unique because there's a private interior courtyard in the middle of the home with a table/umbrella, chairs, rocking chairs and grill.

Our home has free Wi-Fi (private network) and upgraded cable.

We have sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, beach wagon, water toys, beach towels and more. We also have children's toys, books, games, cards, pack n play, changing pad, dining booster seat and more.
