Very good stay

The property was new and clean. It was super nice with a massive kitchen intended for big groups.

We got relocated because of AC issues. The house was huge. I know this wasn't there fault. Our biggest complaint was that they advertised a hot tub. The hot tub was never warm. We called and the first time they sent someone to heat it up. The next time we called, the woman said well the hot tub is not an actual charge on your bill. We said yes but it is advertised and obviously everything is included in the bill. She didn't send anyone the rest of the week to turn up temperature to make it warm. The place was mostly clean. Some of the appliances were not great. The one microwave door was breaking. The one fridge/freezer, was not good. The door to open below for freezer and ice was coming off track. Plenty of washers and dryers but most were dirty. I would not go back simply because of the hot tub issue and lack of care from the woman we called. The cost was way to high to not be satisfied.

The house was nice. We had issues with the hot water heater and hot tub. The water for showers was not always hot, and the hot tub was not hot at all. The maintenance man for the hot tub told us he was not able to service it before we got there. They have a timer on the hot tub which shouldn't be. Guests should be able to use the hot tub any time. The ice maker on one of the refrigerators was not working. The sweeper was a cheaper model and didn't pick up well. A broom would be nice to have for easier clean up. There was a gas grill, but no propane was provided. The hose by the pool to wash off sand would be better if it wasn't in an area where there is mud. A shower would be better. Signage for operation of equipment or pool/hot tub would be helpful.
